Mold Making
The injection mold is the key production tool for the efficient and consistently reliable manufacturing of your components, whether in our facility or yours. A high-quality, precisely execution is indispensable for this purpose.
Over 50 years ago, we demonstrated our spirit of innovation by producing the first switch boxes using injection molding with molds we built ourselves. From day one, our focus has been on efficient production of injection molded components, driven by the unwavering belief that only a tool that performs flawlessly over time can ensure this.
Driven by this responsibility, we uphold uncompromising precision in all our activities.

Market leaders across a wide range of industries rely on Kläger’s Know-how and Know-why in mold making, particularly for injection molds used to manufacture:
Visible parts with high functional integration
Components with premium surfaces, complex geometries, and/or made from demanding materials.
Assembly components
Components integrated into assemblies with complex geometries, precise alignment requirements, and multiple materials.
Powder injection molded components
Components made from technical ceramics or metals, where the high abrasiveness of the materials imposes special requirements on the injection mold.
With a high-quality mold from Kläger, you acquire…
- The decisive production tool for efficient part manufacturing, today and in the years to come.
- Readiness for series production
Our responsibility does not end with the completion of the mold. A near-series sampling of the mold, which is transparent for our customers, confirms its functionality and readiness for series production. However, only with the approval of our customer and our own production department is the new high-quality mold approved for series production. - Cost transparency
Within the guaranteed production volume, we cover all costs for service, maintenance, and repairs of the injection mold as long as it remains in our production. - Permanent availability
Individual service intervals, including ultrasonic cleaning and periodic quality inspections, ensure the mold is always ready for use while maintaining consistent part quality. - Life cycle management
We take comprehensive care of your mold, both physically and digitally. All work or modifications to the mold are documented, and the relevant data are maintained. This ensures that CAD/CAM data are always up to date and that further optimizations can be implemented correctly and without errors.
