Future material

Ceramics are non-organic and non-metallic. The forming process at Kläger is the Injection molding method. After the forming process, all products have to debinderd and following this sinteres. The typical material charakteristics of the different ceramics were reached after the heat process “Sintering”.

Aluminiumoxide AI2O3

Alunminiumoxide is the most popular ceramic in the industry, esecially due to the
high hardness and following wear resistance.

Additional material characteristics (non corrosive, high temperature resistant, elctrical isolating …) and the economical price performance ratio, makes this material interesting for many different applications.
